NetOps came to my rescue. I recently had an incident where an individual misrepresented himself as an employee of a trusted computer resource. By misleading me he gained access to my desktop. When his ill intent became apparent I shut down my machine. As usual things like this happen late on a Friday when no one is available, but my contact at NetOps responded immediately, recommended I leave my computer shut down, and his team would make sure nothing adverse had been installed on the following Monday. Within an hour i received word that my evasive action was successful and no malware had been installed. What a relief. NetOps met and exceeded all my service expectations.
