I like that your team is very focused on determining the root cause of issues and resolving from that standpoint. Your team has uncovered multiple “patched up” solutions to past issues and we appreciate your honesty and dedication in making NFP great. I like that your team will communicate in terms we understand, this is something that I have not always experienced when working with other “IT staff”.

Every year we host our annual event at one of our facilities. The volunteer committee was extremely jazzed about moving to online bidding for our silent auction. This made me very nervous because we have had issues in the past with access and bandwidth. I put a request into the NetOps team for support – there was no way I would risk the success of the event without some type of reassurance that we could effectively use the technology. They met with my staff and we talked about the risks and challenges. After consulting with his team, he came back with several options and we collectively decided on what we all agreed was the best approach. At that point, I was fine with moving forward. NetOps then went above and beyond by attending the event to make sure that we had the technology support we needed throughout the event. This level of support and engagement is exceptional and what makes them stand apart from the rest. They are rock stars!
I appreciate the fact that NetOps is available throughout our workday by phone or email, and that when I call or email a concern, that I will get a response quickly. Having the confidence that technical support is available for major and minor issues with a fast response time is critical in our environment of having to be able to serve the public promptly and efficiently.
I also am very pleased that NetOps is our “go-to” when we have issues with other technology vendors or need to purchase a new piece of equipment. In the past it was extremely difficult to find the time and have the knowledge required to deal with various providers of services involving technology or equipment suppliers.
